Make a tattoo, some tattoo artists have to pay the price variations for his services. However, not for Scott Campbell, the tattoo artist based in Brooklyn, New York, this one. Proclaimed by Bored Panda, he gives the tattoo designs for free.

In a project called The Whole Glory, Campbell has created a confidence in his final exams by offering free tattoos for people as long as he is free to choose the design and not show it to the person who tattooed to completion.

Trust people who are tattooed are restricted through the wall cavities accessible only to hand. Campbell himself has tattooed a few celebrities such as Marc Jacobs, Orlando Bloom and Penelope Cruz. Compiled from Bored Panda, here are some photographs.
